Tracking your package
We are currently developing an automatic tracking system for our customers, but this is not yet complete. If you’d like to know where your items are after shipment, kindly send an email and include your order number or full name to admin@draguniverse.com and we will manually send you your tracking link(s)!
Separate packages
To cut out as much of the process costs as possible, we ship you the products directly from the factories where they were made. Not every product of ours is made in the same factory. This might result in items being shipped to you in separate packages and thus being delivered on different days.
