To create your own custom padding, you can use high density foam ( the stuff usually found in couch pillows ). One pad should easily be enough for a couple pairs of thick hips / ass for your drag queen outfit.
The pads are 24″ by 80″ / 60cm by 200cm and are made out of foam rubber.
